Dream Furniture guarantees your furniture to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for one year.

Lowest Price Guarantee

Nobody beats our prices on quality furniture delivered to your home. In the unlikely event that you should find an identical item in stock at any other retail store within 100 miles of our store for less than our price, within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of the difference. We guarantee our own prices too. (Offers by other retailers to special order merchandise do not apply. Verifiable confirmation required.)

In-Store Financing

We will gladly finance your purchase. Simply apply for credit at our store. A Dream Furniture Charge Card offers convenient monthly payments and the option for six months with no interest and one payment. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Cards.

Clearance merchandise is sold at a fraction of its original sale price. It may be a discontinued style, or it may be damaged, visibly or otherwise. Because of the low selling prices, such merchandise is sold in "as-is" condition and without warranty.

Other than merchandise sold in "as-is" condition, we will promptly either repair or replace damaged or defective merchandise. Our service technicians can correct most problems that are brought to our attention, often right in your home. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

Damaged Merchandise

Case furniture, which includes wood, metal, or glass, is covered by a limited warranty under conditions of normal use for one year from the date of delivery. Repairs of defects in workmanship and/or materials will be made without charge to the purchaser during the warranty period. Repairs or replacements will be made at the stores' option. Nicks and scratches must be reported within seven days from the delivery date. The store will be given every opportunity to restore the furniture to industry standards in the home. 

Special Orders

We are pleased to provide a special order service to meet your specific needs. Because your merchandise is being made to your unique specifications, delays may occur. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date and do our best to keep you posted on your order status. Our goal is to provide customer service during the entire special order process.

Special orders require a 20% nonrefundable deposit at the time you place your order. These products are not subject to cancellation or return.
